you have a bad nightmare

- you woke up suddenly, seeing flashes of your horrific dream everytime you closed your eyes.

- finn woke up and sat beside you stroking your hair.

- luckily you were having a sleepover that night.

- he spoke softly, so he could calm you down and not wake up his family.

- "do you want to tell me what happened?"

- you shook your head and he understood

- you put your head in his lap and he played with your hair

- "i love you so much"

- you smiled. "i love you too"

- he wiped your tears and kissed you before leading you back to his bed.

- "forget the airbed, come spend the rest of the night in here"

- you both lay on your sides and he had an arm over you protectively

- "goodnight love"

- that was lowkey the best sleep you've had in years.

- you slept for twelve hours.
