"Bubby naman eh! Ang hirap mo naman gisingin eh." Okay, I really need to wake up. I glance at the clock beside me. Wtf? 3am palang ah..
"Hmm. Bubby bakit ba?" I said as soon as I faced her. Kinusot kusot ko pa yung mata ko.
"I want strawberry."

"Okay, bubby. I'll buy you strawberry tomorrow hmm? Let's go back to sleep." Sabi ko naman at pumikit na ulit.
"No! I want strawberry now, bubby. Pleaseeee."
Now?! As in... Now at 3am in the morning?! Saan ako maghahanap ng strawberry at this hour?
"Ngayon na? But... bubby saan mo ako paghahagilapin ng strawberry at this hour? 3am pa lang oh."
"I don't know, just buy me strawberry!"
Ugh. I have no choice, this pregnant woman right here is being sulky af.
"Okay, okay. Wait for me." I said.
"I love you hihi. Fresh strawberries okay? Drive safely." Then she kiss me on the cheeks. Anything for my princess.
Wondering what's happening? Jennie's pregnant. Yep, we kinda undergo some in vitro fertilization. She's 4 months pregnant. Lily's happy because she's gonna be an ate na and I am so happy that it worked but man, hindi ko alam na ganito pala siya mag'lihi. She hates strawberry before pero ngayon, eto ako nag hahanap ng strawberry at 3 fucking am knowing that all the stores are probably closed by now and that fresh strawberries found only in Baguio City. Wow
"Where the hell can I get fresh strawberries?" I said to myself while I'm driving at nowhere.
Kung saan saan na ako napadpad para lang maghanap ng strawberries. But I guess luck is on my side. I found a coffee shop that is open 24/7 and that sells cakes.
"Good morning, Ma'am. Can I get your order?" The boy at the counter asked me.
"Can I get the strawberry cake? That one." Sabi ko naman at tinuro yung cake.

Siguro naman okay na 'to? It's not fresh but it's still strawberry right? Pag'dating ko sa kotse, tinanggal ko lahat ng strawberry at inilipat sa isang box na maliit.
"Bubby!!! Did you get my strawberries?" Jennie ran towards me as soon as I came back home. Wow, Akala ko naka'tulog na siya kahihintay sakin but...
"Yep. Ako pa!" Then I gave her the small box.
"What's this?" Kita ko sa mukha ni Jennie yung pagtataka.
"Open it." She opened it and got surprised. Bakit parang mas nasurprise pa siya dito kesa nung dinala ko siya sa Paris? Hmp.
"Omg, bubby.... I love you." She kissed me. Hmm, okay. I realized na it's not a troublesome naman pala to wake up at 3am just to buy what your wife is craving right now. It's also for the baby din naman.
The next day...
I have some errands and meetings at the hospital right now so probably I'm not going to be sleeping with Jennie and Lily tonight.
"Doc, you have a schedule meeting po with Dr. Fernandez at 7pm. He just want to update you lang about it." The nurse said to me.
"Okay. I'll just finish this report and I'm off to it."
I felt my phone vibrated. It was Jennie, calling.
"Hey, bubby. You called at the right time. 7pm pa yung meeting ko. What's up?" I said as I answer the phone.
"Have you eaten?"
"Not yet pa po. I'm finishing my representation pa eh. Ikaw ba? Kumain kana? Si Lily, kumain na din?"
"Yeah, We just had dinner. Nanay Minda cooked Sinigang na sugpo. Anong oras ka makaka'uwi? I miss you." I bet she requested Nanay Minda to cooked Sinigang na sugpo.
I can totally imagined Jennie being pouty and all right now. "Bubby, about that... I don't think I can sleep with you tonight. May operation ako mamayang 12am."
"But... but I want to sleep with you." Who would have thought that she's 30 years old now? I'm still in love with the same Jennie I've fallen for 10 years ago. My Kidult Jennie.
"I know, bubby. I promise when you wake up tomorrow, Nasa tabi mo na ako. Okay?"
She's still sulking. I can feel it haha.
"But bubby... I'm craving." Not now, Princess. I'm on duty.
"What do you want? I'll get it for you when I go home." I asked Jennie.
"Get yourself and go home. I'm craving for you."
