About this recipe... I was actually originally trying to make a Molten Mug Brownie. As luck would have it, I ran into a bit of... trouble getting the flour. SO, I'm disappointed that I don't have a brownie to eat right now, but I discovered that the Mug Brownie recipe, when tweaked, makes the most DELICIOUS hot chocolate I've had.

Ingredients:

· 1- 1 1/2 cups milk

· 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla extract

· 2 Tablespoons melted butter OR vegetable oil

· 2 pinches of salt

· 1-2 Tablespoons of sugar, to taste

· 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

· 1/8 Cup of chocolate chips (Optional)

Directions:

1. In a large coffee mug, combine butter/oil, milk, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

2. Add cocoa powder and sugar. Mix well.

3. Microwave for about 60 seconds, then stir well and Microwave for an additional 30 seconds.

4. Add a splash of cold milk or chocolate syrup to achieve the desired temperature or richness.

5. Enjoy
