Ingredients:
· ½ cup- ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
· 3 tablespoons minced garlic OR 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
· 1 teaspoon salt
· ½ teaspoon black pepper
· 3 chicken boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed
· Bacon slices (2 per chicken breast)
· ¼ cup honey
Directions:
1. In a large bowl add the brown sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper and mix until combined
2. Coat the chicken in the brown sugar mixture
3. Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon and placed into greased baking pan
4. Top with remaining brown sugar mixture
5. Cook at 375 degrees (F) for 30 minutes or until fully cooked and browned (add 10-15 minutes if still partly frozen on the inside), watching carefully to ensure the brown sugar does not blacken or burn
6. Serve and enjoy
