"hey jonathan," you said, walking up to the lonely boy sitting on the other side of the class room. "you wanna work together?" you asked him and he slowly looked at you, to see if you were joking. your teacher had told you to pair up with someone for a project.
"s-sure" he said, flashing you a small smile. you cheerfully smiled back, sliding a note with your address on his desk.
"great! my place at six!" you winked before walking outside with your friends, leaving a smiling jonathan behind.
