Chapter 13

Brooklyn's POV

"You cute baby girl , can I have your number?" Trey asked putting his finger under my chin.

I stared at his big juicy lips. Damn he's fine! 😩😍

I looked at August who was staring at us.

He didn't have any expression on his face. His face was blank.

"Hmmmm no I'm kind of with August." I said hesitating.

"Oh y'all together." He said pointing between me and August.

"Yeah homie." August said walking over to me and kissing me on the lips.

This was our first time kissing so I was surprised.

It lasted only a few seconds though.

I wanted to pull his head back when he released from the kiss.

"Damn! Imma get up out of here before y'all start something." Trey said grabbing his jacket.

"Bye Trey." I said sending him a smile.

"Yeah bye." August said.

"Peace out y'all." He said leaving out of the living room.

We heard Trey close the door shut a few seconds after he left.

August and I were staring a each other.

"So what was that kiss for?" I asked him.

"To show you that I care about you." He said shrugging his shoulders a little bit.

I rolled my eyes. "No, you did that just because Trey had his eyes on me." I said.

I wanted August to kiss me because he actually cares about me not because he's jealous. Besides we aren't even in a relationship I lied because I didn't want him to get mad at me.

He chuckled. "Hell yeah I did it because Trey was looking at your ass. Even though we aren't in a relationship like that your still mines." He said all smartly.

"Pshhhh nigga yeah right." I said walking past him purposely bumping his shoulders.

It was almost time for my meeting with Mr.Money so I might as well get ready.

I walked upstairs and August followed me.

"Where are you going?" He asked as he watched me pull out some clothes.

"None of your business." I said smartly.

He sighed. "I'm sorry."

I found the perfect dress to wear.

It was Red , short , and it had a small cut at the bottom. I'm also wearing some white heels.

"Get out so I can get dressed." I said.

He nodded and got up and left the room.

We were already arguing and we aren't even together. 😒

I quickly got dressed because I was almost late.

I then quickly walked downstairs ready to leave.

"When you get back I have to talk to you." August said.

I nodded my head.

It was already 10:50 so I didn't know when I was getting back.

I got to hurry up and get to this meeting.
