Over the next few months, I start to talk to Loki more often then I did in the first month. I even took Kacey one time to talk to him as well.
"So, how are you today?" I say. I usually imagine what he's saying in my head. "That's good." I answer the voice of Loki in my head. "It's a beautiful day!" I say. "What do you say we jump of the jetty?" The Loki in my head nods and smiles.
"1, 2, 3!" I yell, jumping in just like I did 4 years ago with the living Loki. The coldness is stinging my skin and my clothes are soaked as I swim to the surface.
Unluckily, I didn't bring a towel so I had to trudge back home in my soaking wet clothes. I rung the doorbell as I'm sure my mum would not like a watery, soggy 16 year old trudging through the house.
"Go and have a warm shower!" my mother orders as she gives me a towel. I go have a shower and do a braid in my hair.
"Why did you jump into that lake?" my mother sighs.
For Loki.
