Home sweet home! My mother always used to say, "Home is for Free Expression NOT Good Impressions" and, I have taken that motto to heart. I am always comfortable in my home and I always will be. Surrounded by nature, I am free to be my true self without worry about the judgement of other. I'm pretty far removed from the town, in the middle of the woods but, where else would an elemental witch live?
I prepared for Jasper and the others to come over, wondering how they'll react to the reveal of witches. When I moved here, I designed my house similarly to the original house my parents built when they got together, it was open and light- a place where you can relax. Most of the walls were glass that can be tinted if necessary. It seems right that the first people I've invited here would be my mate and his family. Vampires or not, I've never had an issue with other supernatural creatures. It's bad enough we have to hide, we shouldn't be afraid of one another.
