Snape's POV

All i can think about is lilly. Is she alive? Is she dead? What about her kids and James Potter?

Ok, so i wasn't thinking about James. I was on my way to Lilly and James' home to try to help them, but by the time i got there it was to late. I first saw James' body outside, then i went upstairs and i turned paler than i already was. Lilly Potter was laying dead on the floor in front of me. I could barely hear two children behind her, over my thoughts and crying. After, what seemed like forever, i quite crying and noticed a folder behind her. On sheer impulse i opened it. I found paperwork for Black to be Harry's godfather and behind it was... Paperwork... for me...to be Isabella's godfather... I looked at the little girl in the crib. She looked just like Lilly. I knew Dumbledore would disaprove and try to take her to the muggle world, so i quickly picked her up and, with one last look at Lilly, left. Taking the paperwork with me.
