Who Knew

CHAPTER ONE: GETTING READY

I came home from school and got started right away on my homework so I could go with JusTin to babysit Jazzy and Jax. I was about to write down the answer to the first question, but someone was knocking on the door. I opened the door to find Justin with his hands in his pockets, sMiLing. He took his hands out of his pockets and grabbed my shoulders and pulled me in for a hug. His smile never left his face it actually grew. He came inside & sat on the couch.

JUSTIN: you need help?

He asks while pointing at my homework.

I lay belly down on his legs to get across to get started on my homework. While i do my homework, he had one hand around my waist and the other putting strands of hair behind my ear. Once hes put as much hair as he can behind my ear both his hands trail along my head to neck to my torso & stops once he gEts to my waist.

LOU: yeah like you could help me.

JUSTIN: yeah you're right I dont know anything about x=m2c.

LOU: you don't even know how to say it its E=MC2. & this is social studies.

JUSTIN:you see, thats why I became famous. No but seriously explain to me so I can help you.

LOU:nah I'll listen to music it actually helps me understand & go faster. Pass me my phone so I can put on some music.

I sit up and sit criss cross applesauce so he can be able to get it but instead he stays the way he is and looks at me then starts singing some of his songs to me, & honestly it helped a lot more. I would hum or sing along too & sometimes he would stop to listen.

L/T--------I've alwAys felt comfortable around Justin we've been best friends ever since I moved to Stratford when I was 1 & he was 7. We've always lived 2 blocks away fRom each other. We always learn things from each other. The thing I remember learning from him the most was how to kiss. We were talking about celebrity crushes at our tree in the neighborhood park.

LIL JUSTIN:what would you do if you met your celebrity crush?

LIL LOU: I'd go traveling with him.

LIL JUSTIN:Traveling? Really? I'd kiss her, maybe even more..

I blush and Justin puts his arm around me

LIL LOU:But I dont know how to kiss.

Justin turns towards me & puts his forehead against my head. When he did that I was facing down at my hands the whole time.

LIL JUSTIN:let me show you.

He saw me looking at my hands & took his left hand & entertwined it with my left, then his right hand on my cheek & 1 finger putting my hair behind my ear. Then with his thumb lifted my chin so I would look at him. When I did the sun set & the sky turned into a dark bluish purple & the moon came out. I looked in his eyes and I saw stars. I never have seen him that beautiful. He then leaned in and kissed me for a good minute I pulled back quick jumped off the tree & Justin called

LIL JUSTIN:wait dont go. im sorry. Lou come back please!

I left because I loved it and he didnt feel the same he only wanted to show me. Plus he's kissed tons of girls especially at the age of 15, prettier & older girls than a 9 year old girl that he babysat and changed diapers for. He probably knew I had a crush on him ever since I was 6 when he started to babysit me and he would catch me staring at him like I was lost in heaven. He probably felt sorry &wanted to see how flabbergasted I looked once he did that & then go running off telling all of his FAMOUS friends. I never stop thinking about that kiss though. I wonder if he remembers or even thinks about that night & what he thinks about it. But anyways that night was when I knew I was in love with him.-------
