Chapter 7

Niall's POV

My heart raced when Louis read the tweet out, I couldn't believe it - they were in this crowd watching us!

I watched Harry look through the crowd, and then he walked offstage. I followed him until I saw them standing there, smiling happily. Aoife looked beautiful as always; and I was seeing her in person. My stomach performed somersaults as her hand grasped mine and I pulled her up onstage with me; pulling her closer than needed.

Butterflies fluttered inside of me and my breathing was quick as I looked at her and held her hand.

 I looked over at Zayn and Harry who were at war with their eyes; they looked like they were going to go to head to head sooner or later. 

Liam spoke into his microphone, "Dara and Aoife, would you like to sing a song with us?  We're aware that you're Directioners of course" 

They both looked up at the same time and nodded their heads in unison; I swear these girls are like sisters! 

"How about Moments - we can harmonize well with that one," Aoife said, leaning into speak into my microphone.

"Sounds brill!" Liam exclaimed, "Let's do this!"

The girls were handed a microphone each when the music started playing;

 [Liam] Shut the door 

Turn the light off 

I wanna be with you 

I wanna feel your love 

I wanna lay beside you 

I cannot hide this 

Even though I try 

Heart beats harder 

Time escapes me 

Trembling hands touch skin 

It makes this harder 

And the tears stream down my face 

[Harry and Dara] If we could only have this life for one more day

Moment in time 

I'll find the words to say

[Niall and Aoife] Close the door 

Throw the key

My judgement's clouded 

Like tonight's night sky 

[Louis] Hands are silent 

Voice is numb 

Trying to scream out my lungs 

It makes this harder 

And the tears stream down my face
