I was thinking today
If i could turn back time
To the day we met
I would turn around
and walk away
I wouldn't have looked
at you're gorgeous smile
I knew it was the death of me
Even you knew that
You knew you could easily destroy me
I wouldn't have looked
at you're perfect face
You're flawless hair
falling flawlessly
over you're perfect face
I wouldn't have kissed
those soft lips
It formed so many lies
I wouldn't have smiled back
I would just walk away
If I walked away
I would have spared
so many tears
I wouldn't have had to endure so many lies
You never loved me
But how would I have known
That you're smile would hide the truth
That those eyes were protecting a rotten soul...
