Im trying to pass the time
Acting as if im doing fine
Forced to forget about you
Exactly like you told me too
Im trying to put a smile on my face
Walking in a slow pace
Broken down because of your choice
And all you do is rejoice
Im trying to forget the memories
But when I start to think I freeze
It haunts me in my dreams
Tears to my eyes it only brings
Im trying to move on and be strong
But I must be doing something wrong
I don't seem to make any progress
Myself I just can't impress
Im trying to stop the pain
But they say no pain no gain
My heart is shattered in pieces
The suffering only increases
