People would think they're ridiculous for doing it. Even Jennie thought it was a bit odd but it made sense to them. They compromised with each other regarding privacy and boundaries.
It was alright for the both of them so when they moved to LA, they had separate rooms.
They've been living together for almost a year and it has been like that ever since. They loved the set up because they want to have their alone time at some point. It didn't bother them. They had days where they stayed in their rooms or slept together (not that they follow it).
But there were times when it was annoying for the other or vice versa and tonight is one of those.
Both of them were home early and went to their rooms to rest. Sometimes they just text each other even if they're just walls apart. So when it was starting to bore Lisa, she texted

Jisoo stared at her phone like it would give her some sane explanation for what her girlfriend is behaving. Minutes passed and she has been left unreplied.
Teasing Lisa can backfire sometimes but she just chuckled at it when she heard shuffling at the hallway. She's coming.
Jisoo immediately covered herself with blanket and pretended to sleep. In a few moments, she heard her door open and carefully click. Lisa is already inside.
She can hear the slow foot steps and murmurs from her girlfriend. She kept her sleeping act and ignored the girl.
"Yah! Jisoo-ah stop fake sleeping!!!" The girl felt a heavy weight on her body. Lisa was wiggling over her, trying to 'wake her up'. A certain move tickled her and she chuckled.
"Stop stop, baby please get off!" She said, pushing the tall girl off of her. Lisa moved to the side.
Lisa watched her with a confused face as Jisoo tried to sit up, still laughing.
"Why are you laughing? You're pranking me, weren't you??"
"It was ticklish" Lisa looked like she just discovered something amazing with the current look on her face.
"Don't even try it, Lisa"
"What??? I'm not even thinking or saying anything" she feigned innocence, stroking Dalgom who was in her arms.
"How did you know I was awake?" She leaned at the headboard.
"You don't sleep with the lights on, dummy"
Jisoo smiled. Lisa notices the little things and it's nice.
Lisa spent the night bugging Jisoo, but she didn't mind. She missed her girlfriend too and she was just checking what would Lisa do. She knew she wouldn't stop until she does what she wants.
So they talked, cuddled, and bantered all night. It's one of the nights Jisoo loves most

"Why don't you sleep here with me tonight?"
"It's Wednesday though"
"So?"
"It's sleep-in-your-own-room night"
"You don't want to sleep here with me?"
Lisa glanced at her, "I want to"
"Then sleep here" She pulled Lisa towards her and hugged her tight. Lisa hugged her back.
