Kyungsoo: A child who was always sick. He has a terminal illness which cannot be healed because he doesn't have a heart donor. Kath describes him as a guy with a lot of life lessons.
Jongin: Kath's brother who was rather cold in the beginning but tries to reconcile with his sister.
Sehun: Kath's boyfriend who took advantage of her vulnerability.
