I've never been
too good at hellos.
I never knew
what to say,
when to introduce myself.
Do I shake hands?
No that feels wrong.
Do I hug in greeting?
Nope.
Do I bow my head?
Ummm.... no.
Do I wave,
Do I say hello
And not say anything?
As you can tell
I've never been to good at hellos.
Even this hello,
My hello to everyone,
all you strangers that
I don't know,
this is hard.
I never can tell what to do!
So here I am, and
so simple and sweet,
I'll just say,
Hello.
