"Did she buy it?" Asks Marques

"Yeah she did. I kind of feel bad though. She is my best friend."

"Don't start to second guess yourself. We aren't doing anything wrong. I just want to make sure my girlfriend is okay." Says Marques

"Yeah sure. Just hurry up and apologize. I'm tired of seeing her cry and mope around over you. She's a great girl and honestly I think she can do better."

"It's funny how you say all that shit now. After you already sucked my dick and gave me some ass. I can still take your money back. How about I tell Mel how dirty you really are? It's bad enough you tell me all of her daily activities. But you also have sex with me time to time for money. As far as I'm concerned your broke ass needs me!" Yells M

"Please I have a man okay. He's just having a hard time right now."

"Yeah whatever just keep providing me with information." Says Marques he throws a pile of money in my face before leaving.

No this nigga didn't. He better be lucky I need the money. I reach down and grab the money off the floor. I quickly throw the money in my pocket book. I pick my clothes up from the side of the floor and get dressed.

I didn't tell anyone this, but I lost my job. They caught me stealing money and clothes from the Boutique. I need the money so I have no choice.

If Melanie finds out what I'm doing she'll hate me.

It's not like I'm attracted to M at all. I hate him to be honest. I'm just doing this because I have to.

"Babe where you at?" Asks M

"I'm in the bedroom."

I hear heavy footsteps. A few minutes later the door opens.

"Where have you been all day?"

"Busy something came up." Says M starting to take off his clothes.

"Are you lying to me?"

"No how many times do we have to go through this? I wasn't with some girl if that's what you're thinking. Unlike you I know what it means to be faithful." Snaps M

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"It means I don't go out to clubs and shake my ass for random ass niggas." Says M

"Are we still on this? Like really that happened over a month ago. I've been apologizing ever since. I don't know what else to do. I'm telling you he is just a friend."

"Yeah whatever. I'm not trying to hear this right now. I had a long day and I'm tired." Says M

"Fine then take your ass to bed."

"You better watch how talk to me. Before I reach over there and smack you." Says M

"I'd like to see you try."

M gets up from the bed and walks towards the bathroom.

I went back to flipping through my magazine.

Next thing I know M has me in a choke hold.

"You thought I was playing?!" Yells M

"Okay I'm sorry please let me go."

"You gonna get enough of disrespecting me." Says M

He hits me upside my head. Then turns towards the bathroom.
