Chapter 4

Karlos POV

I turned towards the direction that the sound came from and all I saw was bushes rustling.

Wait a second.

How come the bushes are rustling if there's no wind.

I approached the bushes when suddenly a huge black dog the size of a car jumped out.

How did it hide? I have no idea.

Then when the dog is about to bite my neck of when suddenly a sword that came out of nowhere pierced the dog.

Just then did I notice the a boy just about my age standing in a position that looked like he threw the sword.

“Are you okay?" he asked.

“Yeah, thank you for saving me."

“No problem bro."

“Who are you by the way?"

“My name is James"

“James? like LeBron James? or like James Bond?"

“I prefer to be James Bond than LeBron James."

“Why?"

“I don't really like to play basketball."

“By the way what was that dog that attacked me?"

“A hellhound, a creature of hell."

“Hellhound? Creature of hell?"

Just then my best friend Thadd appeared running.

“Hey Karl you ok? I heard you shout for help." Thadd said.

“Yeah I'm fine and why do you have a sword?" I asked

“Long story and why does this boy have a sword?" he asked.

“Oh, his name is James and he is the one who saved me from a hellhound as he called it." I said

“A hellhound!!" he exclaimed.

“Yeah, that's what James said."

“But that's a monster in Greek myths!"

“Monsters from all myths are true." James said.

“Next thing you'll tell me is that Greek gods and demigods are real and a son of Poseidon named Percy Jackson are leading the Greek demigods and a guy named Rick Riordan is actually a demigod that interview the demigods in there point of view and published them as children fiction!" Thadd said.

“How did you know that? It was supposed to be classified info." James said.

“You've got to be kidding me." Thadd said.

James reached into his bag and gave Thadd some books that was titled:

Percy Jackson and the Lightning thief

(How could you steal lightning?)

Percy Jackson and the sea of monsters

(How could there be a sea of monsters?)

Percy Jackson and the titan's curse

(A titan like in Shingeki no kyojin?)

Percy Jackson and the battle of the labyrinth

(What the heck is a labyrinth?)

Percy Jackson and the last olympian

(Olympian like someone who joined the olympics?)

“Read them later to know about Percy and his adventures. For now come with me to the warrior base." James said.

“Warrior base?" I thought.

What is the warrior base?

Is James a guardian?

Is James good or is he evil?

Why was Percy Jackson included here?
