so here is another way how to outline your model. this process of outline isn't very close to the last one but again it looks pretty on teen fiction covers.
you have to be familiar with the pen tool if you don't know how it looks like this is a picture of it. also there will be a tutorial coming up on the pen tool really quick.
step 1: choose your color for the outline [i am going with a pinkish red, whatever blend in choose that] and then select the brush size [ i am using the Hard Round Pressure Brush which is the fourth one/these are installed in the software so you don't need to download them] keep the size to 4 px and hardness 100% and opacity 100%.
step 2: using the pen tool start making lines around the model. the pen tool is helpful for drawing exact straight lines that's why it is used. so as you can see down below, i am outlining the model with the help of the pen tool.
step 3: outline the entire model, keep a distance so it looks pretty. I have outlined the entire model so it is going to look like this now! a lot of dots scattered around her haha.
step 4: right click and this box will open up. Select stroke path.
step 5: select brush and press ok
and you are done, press enter so all those dots go away and this is how my outline looks. Remember it is going to turn out the way you draw it using the pen tool so if you want it more precise do it more carefully, if you want it boxy type then do it how i did it,
