in the previous part i taught you guys how to use lighting texture but in this part i am going to teach you how to make them. they are super simple and easy! they are many ways to make them but this one is the most suitable and easiest for me.

> take any picture [ literally any picture will work! i usually take my blends and convert them into these textures as they have more things manipulated compared to a blank picture. but you guys can take any picture off google and use it to make these textures. ]

> duplicate the layer
> go to filter > blur > motion blur
