Wanting to know the answer
Everyone hounds me from all sides
But don't you get it don't you care?
I don't know the answer either
Can't help you shouldn't help you
Not one of you took my side
Said for me you fought
Only me not yourself not another
But then why am I falling and drowning and dying?
I know why I can tell you if you'll listen
(But you never do...)
I'm breaking 'cause I'm being used and cannot free myself
You want to know the answer
Want me to bend to your will
Like those times before
But I don't know the answer
Don't know who to believe
Only that I don't want to do this anymore
