Gabriella's POV

I shut the door behind me as Mary flipped her phone shut.

"i can." she said walking though the kitchen.

I nodded at her. "alright."

derrick walked in. "mom said its alright." he looked at Mary. "And she's glad that I took you to the hospital."  he looked at me. I looked down at my hand.

"thanks." I grabbed water out of the fridge for Mary.

"anytime." he said walking away.

I grabbed Mary's hand and pulled her upstairs with me.

She sat on my bed so I sat down beside her.

"when's you date tomorrow?"

"Seven." I looked at her. "why?"

"i don't know."

"your staying the weekend anyways. You can do my hair. If you want." I smiled a little.

She nodded. "can I ask you something?"

"Anything." I said laying down.

She took a sip of her water. "how do you know i-if your bisexual?"

I looked at her.

"Your attracted to a girl or guy. Ehh you like both genders.." I trailed off.

She laid next to me. "i can't tell if I am or not."

"It is hard to figure out.." I trailed off again.

"I-I'm attracted to this girl..." she trailed off.

"Your scared, aren't you?" I looked at her.

"Yeah."

"Who is it?" I smiled a little. "Don't be scared. I wont tell."

"Her name is Mercedez." she looked at me.

"The one in our Biology class?"

"Yes."

"Okay so this feeling.."

"Feels like I don't know. Your heart beats faster you blush at nothing. Like you want to be next to them and hold them."

"The same feeling towards the fuck face?"

"Yes."

"You might be bisexual."

she looked at me.

"Look, life is confusing. Try it. Ask her, talk to her. Kiss her. See how it feels."

"But what if shes not?"

"She is.."

"How do you know?"

"I saw her kissing some girl at the mall the one day."

"Really? Like no joke?"

"Not lying. I saw it with both eyes."

"Can you talk to her?"

"Absolutely."

I stood up and grabbed a comforter, since it was cold.

"What do you want me to say?"

"i don't know"  I handed her the comforter

"Maybe you should wait until your ex calms down."

"bullshit." she looked at my hand. "He got what he deserves."

I laughed. "No one messes with my best friend!"
