Poem 2

Some feelings and emotions we have are like werewolves

One minute they are minuscule and normal that way we can function the way we want.

The next, you feel something

Like a pang in your gut or a scratch in your head

First, come the whispers

Tempting you to relinquish control

As much as you love to say it didn't get to you, it did

You feel yourself slipping

Slowly but surely u lose control and change

It's worse when it's among friends

No matter how much a warning you give nothing can prepare them

Now when I say werewolf you probably get that Twilight version of a werewolf

No

Not even close

It's a giant sniviling beast

It's a wild monster that cant be controlled only tamed

It's something so hungry that it pounces on the first thing it sees

It's something so frightening that all cower at the sight or very mention of its name

Yet its glamorized

Made to be something much better than it is

Puzzle me this

How are we supposed to beat this monster this powerful, if we keep making it seem weaker than it is

I'll let you in on a secret

Continue down this path, your bound to regret it quicker than you realize
