Val: Hello, listeners. Today marks the final chapter in the epic saga that-
Nathan: Um, Valerie? This isn't exactly the final chapter. I mean, we don't even know what we're going to do after we contact whatever is affecting Maggie -
Valerie (loudly): The epic saga that haunts the steps of us all. We are currently located in Maggie's hospital room under the pretense of a simple visit. In just a few short minutes, we will begin the process of contacting a spirit, something never attempted before now. The process is long and arduous, so we will not attempt to record it all. There is no way to tell if our recording devices may be a source of anger to the ghosts. I've established a radio contact with my associate Emory: the Scully to my Mulder. He will talk us through the process although he remains doubtful of its merit.
(inaudible speech)
Valerie: The time has arrived. We will begin now. If all does not go well, please preserve this tape as a record of what has been attempted. It begins now.
