Humans,
each of them are
beautiful, kind, and unique,
in their own way.
Some aren't afraid
to show the world their identity
beyond a birth certificate.
But some are petrified,
hide behind a shell,
a facade of who they really are,
because of the people
who spend their time judging
instead of loving.
Straight, Gay, Lesbian,
Bisexual, Transgender...
It doesn't matter what you are,
just who you are
within your heart.
And if you decide to spend
the precious ticking hands
of time,
having contempt towards someone
because of a mere detail,
then your heart is nothing but ice...
But ice can always be melted
with a little warmth.
