- do squats. Use weights, make sure you're doing them properly. That means your feet should be slightly wider than your hips, and go down like you're about to sit in a chair 🏋🏽‍♀️

- do lunges. Use weights for these these to, look straight ahead, keep your shoulders back. Step forward with one leg until your knees are bent at a 90° angle. Make sure your front leg is above your ankle, and do not let your other knee touch the ground keep all your weight in your heels as and you come back up and repeat with your other leg 😛

- wear the rights clothes. Light blue jeans, gray or white leggings, body con dresses, sundress etc. wearing super baggy dresses and pants might make your butt look flat. But make sure you're comfortable either way 💖👖👗

- add more: potatoes, beans, bread, eggs, white rice, steak, sweet potatoes, chicken, brown rice, fish, pasta etc to your diet. To get a bigger booty you need to gain weight, so don't feel bad about eating more than usual. Eat lots if protein and carbs 😌🤗
