Originality's a youth
That sees new worth in aging truth
With eyes of inspiration's awe;
This youth takes words we overlook
And places them inside a book
Of sonnets, breaking every law:
And so he gave us Shakespeare's verse
And Shakespeare's plays we still rehearse,
And two—alas!—we never saw. ** Love's Labors Won & The History of Cardenio = Shakespeare's lost plays.
