Hi! I want to thank you all for the feedbacks and such. I really appreciate those things. And I was really surprised to know that there are non-Filipinos who are actually reading this. *kaya kelangang mag-english daw. nosebleed to!* Maraming thank you! *Bow!*

Anyway if you want to check out some of the good places or different stuff in Korea, I recommend you to try reading these books:  Popped and Popped, too by Chinggay Labrador. She's a great writer. *O*

Moving on . . .

These are some words/sentences/phrases or whatever that Koreans commonly used in a "date", "club something", or just winding up in a restuarant and likes. (when Eating?) :)

Na baegopa - I'm hungry; But if you are really REALLY hungry you can say: Baegopa jook kkesseo~

Na mongmalla - I'm thirsty

Na mwojom meokko sipeo - I want to eat!

Is it . . .

*Sweet? - dalkoh man?

*Spicy? - maewo?

*Salty? - sokeumki?

*Bitter? - sseulalin?

*Translation isn't word by word. This is somehow CLOSE to what they really mean 'literally'. :)

Neo bap meokeosseo? - Do you want to eat?

Mwo jom meog-ullae? - Do you want something to eat?

Bap meok-kko sipeo? - How about some food?

Mwo masil geot jom dueril kkayo? - You like something to drink?

Mwo jom meokyo. - Let's grab some food.

Menyu jesuyo - Can we have the menu?/ Menu? (Menyu-Menu. close right? :P)

Mwo deusillayo/ Jeong hatsseryo? - What do you want(to eat)?

*Informal way: meog-eullae? (Want to eat?)

Well, formal phrase to use when someone is invited for a dinner or such, Jinsuseong janineyo!

Duesyeo boseyo. (polite)/Igeo jom meokeo!(casual) - Try THIS(food).

Jeogeo jom meogeo bwa! - Try THAT(food).

igeo means THIS and jeogeo means THAT.

Informal of offering someone to eat, Ppalli meogeo! (Literally, Hurry! Eat!)
