Chapter 2

Turns out, Jamie has only just turned 15 and that’s when I decided that enough was enough. I’m getting these girls out of here even if I die trying.

“Mary, get all the girls to my room as soon as possible. We all NEED a serious talk.” She nodded and went to get the rest of the girl. I led everyone that was in the kitchen into my room and I waited. When everyone was here I started the ‘meeting’ if that’s what you want to call it. “I’ve called you all here to tell you that, we’re all getting out. I’ll make sure of it. So we need a plan.” They all cheered and we come up with a plan. The boys here found out that we were getting out and wanted out as well. They hated it here, they hated that they had to kidnap these girls and treat them so horrible. So all together we come up with the best plan.

We waited a week before we got ready for the plan. I slowly walked down the corridor and nodded to everyone letting them know that I was about to start the plan and to get ready. I turned the corner and laid on the floor. Mary and Jamie ran over to me.

“Dee?! DeeDee!! Can you hear us!!! Someone help!!!! Someone get Charlie and Jim!!! DeeDee!!!” they both shouted. All the girls crowed round, Mercy and Mark where both holding on to some of the girls shouting ‘Mummy!! Wake up mummy!!’ James went to get Charlie and Joe got Jim. A few seconds later I heard Charlie shout at everyone to move which they all did.

“DeeDee, baby? Can you hear me? Where the hell is Jim?! Wake up baby, come on!” he kept saying. I heard Jim’s voice telling Charlie to move out the way. I could feel Charlie holding my hand. I opened my eyes slightly but not enough so they could tell they were open. I saw Michael slowly and carefully move behind Charlie, he got a syringe out filled with some type of drug that knocks you out for 24hours. He jabbed it in Charlie’s arm, Charlie head spun round fast and looked at Michael with confusion and anger. “Wha-wha-what did-” he couldn’t finish his sentence before he pasted out, I quickly moved out the way so he didn’t fall on me. I stood up and looked at everyone.

“Let’s go people!!” I shouted, everyone cheered; we all got our stuff and ran to the stairs. We waited for one of the boys to unlock the door and we all ran carefully up the stairs and alone the hallway, dodged the holes in the floor and run to the very front door and waited once again for the boys to unlock the front door. This is the first time we would have seen daylight in years! Billy got the keys and unlocked the door. We all ran out the door as fast as we could and to the vans. We were all going to Jamie’s dads’ hotel; hopefully he would let us stay there for a few nights. With Jamie, Mary, Georgia, Mercy, Mark, Billy, Michael, 4 other girls, 8 other boys and I in the first van and 9 girls and 10 boys in the other 7 vans we all drove off. Jamie giving Billy the directions where to go when we got to town, we were there in 10 minutes, we all got out and walked quickly to the hotel which was closed but still had staff there. We walked in the door and Jamie yelled for her dad. Not even a few minutes later a man in a suit came running round the corner and hugged Jamie tightly.

“Oh my little girl! I was so worried about you! Where have you been!! Ohh… hello.” He said once he noticed us. We all smiled and waved.

“This man kidnapped me; he’s kidnapped all of us over 4 years. We just got out and they all need somewhere to stay. They can stay here right?” Jamie told him, he nodded.

“Oh of course they can! They don’t even have to pay a penny! All I thank you is for bring back my daughter.” He said with a smile.

“We all would have still been there if it wasn’t for DeeDee.” Mary said.

“Who’s DeeDee?” he asked with a huge grin. I took a step forward.

“I am sir.” I told him. He pulled me into a big hug; I was a bit taken back by that because no one has hugged me in 4 years apart from my kids and the girls. I hugged him back after a few seconds.
