Already chapter 3, now let's get the party started!

Alexis' P.O.V

The introduction is even worse than I have expected. The man speaks so much, I've stopped paying attention to him. Instead, I'm playing with the lights coming out of my hands. Every time I make them, I point them at someone and make a game out of it. The best reaction wins, right now nobody seems amused by me. Dirty looks are shot my way, but I don't get the reaction I want.

After a while, I've started to annoy some guys who are sitting together. One of them gets so pissed, he hurts me with his stare. I haven't seen that one coming, but it doesn't hurt that much. It's just a warning that I need to back off. A groan escapes from my mouth, how long is this going to take? It isn't that damn hard to say a few words and let us go to our rooms.

I grab a bottle of water and open it. Before I drink it, I realize how much fun I can have with it. If the list is right, I can control all elements, including water. Won't it be a waste if the introduction is interrupted by a little accident? Or if the man suddenly gets wet in a certain place? The man is holding a water bottle in his hands, maybe I can work with that.

But first, I want to practise with my own bottle, to be sure it will work. My eyes remain focused on the water, while I try my best to make it move. I pull my fingers slowly together, waiting for something to happen. Nothing happened.

After a few times of trying, a water drop rises from the bottle. With some practise, I succeed to make shapes out of it. My concentration is on the highest level, while I empty the hole bottle. It's time to make it a bit harder. I can't even hear the man talking anymore, my concentration is better than it ever has been before.

Just by spinning my fingers around the water, I've made a tiny tornado. It iss pretty fun, until someone covers my eyes and makes me lose my concentration. The water falls onto my hands and spreads all over the table.

'Damn it, did you really need to do that?' I yell.

A loud laughter fills the room. I turn around and shot a little beam of water in the direction of the noise. I look up to a muscular body, abs at my eye level. His shirt has a wet spot, which has been caused by me. Well, he deserves it. Only when he takes a step back, I'm able to see his face, it is Nathan.

A smile is still on his face, I want to smack that grin of his face so badly. As long as I don't know what kind of power he has, I don't want to attack him. What if he is super fast and I look like a total moron when I miss him? Or he blocks my attack and brings me on my knees with his strength? I don't want to take that risk, but I can make him wet. That sounds so wrong, but I don't mean it that way.

'Just leave me alone, so I can clean up this mess.'

'Why would I? This is very amusing and thanks for the wet shirt by the way.' He answers while pointing to the wet spot.

'You're welcome.' I say with a sweet smile on my face.

The water starts moving as I move my hands above it. I can't help myself and shot all the water towards Nathan. Well, it haven't happened if he just leaves me alone, like I've told him. He's soaked, but I believe it is his own fault.

'Are you leaving now? I don't think I've got any water left.' An innocent smile appears on my face.

'If you don't have any more water, there's no reason to leave. Even if I stay, I can't get any wetter. Do you want a hug? So I can thank you for making my shirt wet?'

I immediately jump out of my chair and keep my eyes on him. He isn't coming anywhere near me, I don't want a hug from him and specially not a wet one.
