Chapter 2

CHAPTER 2

*1 week later, Matthews house*

"Riles are you ready?!" Maya asked climbing into the window of Rileys house

"Almost peaches" Riley responded while walking from one side of her room to the other packing.
Each year after summer starts the Matthews family, Maya and Auggie's Best friend Ava go on a trip to the beach just outside of the City for 3 days.

"Girls, you two go in the very back" Topanga pointed to the minivan that they had hired for the next couple of days, Riley and Maya both climbed in and put their seat belts on

"Okay next Ava you sit here and Auggie you sit here" Topanga watched them put their seatbelts on then got in the car herself followed by Mr Matthews getting in and driving the way to the beach house

"Okay so we have our pillows and phones" maya said putting her pillow on the wall of the car and riley did the same "Earphones and Food" Riley then picked them up and put the stuff on the middle seat "Shoes off!" they both said together "And ahhh" they said together again.

"Girls we are here" Mr matthews climbs in and sits in between Maya and Riley, They both tilt there heads and put them on his shoulders "Five more minutes" they spitted out together then he rolled his eyes "Look i see a ocean" i said trying to give them excitement to get up "wait we are here?" Riley asked sitting up "why didn't you tell us matthews" maya climbed out and then riley climbed on her father to get out too

"Can we go to the beach mom" Auggie grabbed topanga's arm and gave it a small tug

"Yea sure wait for your Father Maya and Riley to come in first though" she explained to them out the back door there was a garden that lead straight to the beach so they played on the sand

"Okay let's go" Riley walks out with maya behind her and her father behind maya

They went to the water and played Tag with each other

"Tag! You're in Auggie" Ava said as she tapped his arm then turned to run off

Screams of laughter came from the beach as topanga watched them from inside the house

"I've got a picknick!" Topanga yelled but no one heard her so she tried again "I have Cheese, Gummy Bears and Tacos!" covering her hands over her mouth to be like a michrophone

she sat down "One...Two...Three" she mumbled to herself when Maya and her Husband came running over "TACOS!" they yelled flopping to the sand

"Right on time" she smiled, Topanga counted to three because she knew that's how long it would take for Maya and Cory to hear her.

*Day 2 on holiday*

"Riley what has your mum got planned for us today?" Maya walks out of the batchroom and itno her's and Riley's room

"Just the beach again" riley smiled, since we got to the beach at 6:00 pm yesterday we weren't there long before it got too dark

"Kids let's go" Cory came knocking on the doors to get them to come downstairs

"Morning mother" Riley sat on the stool and patted the one next to her for Maya

"Morning" Maya smiled to Topanga

"Today's swim day!" Topanga says as she finishes putting the cheese in the basket

They all laid out their towels and sat on them for a while before they decided to go to the sea

As they all went back Topanga stayed back to tidy up the stuff, she then took of her swimsuit cardigan off and walked towards her family

"Topanga!" Maya looked up and squealed

Corey just stood there in awe "You look great honey, now if you don't mind i think i'm about to fall over" he fell back and the water rushed over his head he stood back up "What i miss" he asked the kids then looked at Topanga again "Oh that" he pointed then fell down again

"That's so cute!" Maya and Ava had their hands on their cheeks and said it in unison "Go get him Topanga!" Riley yelled joining Maya and Ava with putting her hands on her cheeks too.

Topanga was wearing a One piece Black swimsuit and the back was missing she had a big sand coloured floppy hat and some sunglasses on her eyes..

*Day 3*

"Are you all packed" Topanga asked every child checking their rooms

"Yes Mrs Matthews" All the kids smiled even her own children called her mrs matthews instead of mom

"It's 1:00 guys! Let;s move we need to leave to be home by 6:00" Mr Matthews shooed everyone out
They all sat back into their same seats that they were in on the way to the beach resort.

Maya put in her earphones and pressed shuffle on her playlist the song sang "I never needed you like i do right now" Maya pulled the earphones out of her ears that song reminded her of Lucas who she hadn't thought about the whole time away

Maya then put her earphones back in and shuffled the songs again "I'm so Fancy!" it played and she felt relaxed again.
