I walked into my room. I sat on my bed and sighed. What was that back there? Why did I said that? Why did I let my feelings seep trough?

After a while, I heard screams coming from the outside.

I ran out to find the north rep is killed.

Wait... so... I'm one of the suspects now?

"Okay okay, tell me what happened again?"
I sighed.

*time skip*

"So you're saying that the suspects are me, the south rep, caretaker, and this fake director?"
I said.

"Yup."
Hakuba smiled.

Then thunders started to occur. The south rep screamed. Saying that she hated thunders. So I closed the window.

"Wow.. you're really good at acting.."
I smiled as I helped her to go back to her room.

"Eh? What..?"
She said, surprised.

"No no no, I said, please take a rest."
I smiled.

"O-okay..."

I smiled as I closed the door of her room.

I returned to the crime scene and saw the others there. I didn't say a word and neither did they.

"Alright. I've solved it. Now I'm writing it down. Let's see who's the fastest to get to this conclusion next."
I smiled as I gave a scrap of paper to the caretaker.

"You solved it?!"
The three said.

"Since I'm walking her to her room, yes."
I smiled before going to the kitchen to make myself some coffee.

I returned with coffees in hand and give them out to the others.

"Figured it out?"
I said.

"Yeah. I just did."
The three of them said at the same time.

"Good. Let's open my paper and see if it's the same."
I smiled.

We opened my paper and smiled at the same time.

It's the same.

Heiji quickly solved the case and in a couple of minutes, our rescue boat arrived.

"Hey Kirei..."
Conan called me.

"Yeah?"
I said.

"You know that... I really love you as a sibling?"
He sighed.

"I know."
I smiled.

"Then why..?"
He said in confusion.

"I'm just sad that this brother of mine never talk about me to his friends. Or acknowledge my ability as a detective."
I sighed.

"I'm scared that you'll get involved too deep into this mess."
He said.

"I said it already right? I already am deep into this mess. Probably deeper than you think."
I smiled.

"What do you mean?"
He said.

"Let's talk about it later. I want to enjoy the sea breeze while I could."
I smiled and closed my eyes.

"You wanna come with us?"
Ran offered.

"No thanks. Hakuba offered me a ride already."
I smiled.

"Ooh, I see. See you later then!"
She waved from the car.

I can see the unapproving looks from both Conan and Heiji.
