Just got out of a LONGGG bath. I was afraid to see myself naked, because I know I've gained weight. Well, I'm fat. But I'm a bit happier and MUCH less anxious. My eating reflects that, I've been doing very well all day. Ugh, my fatness </3 but it's not as bad as I thought. It's a shame I can't love myself unconditionally yet. Brb eating a salad!
