PROLOGUE. (revised)

Different. That's all Luke was to anyone he came across his eleventh year. Maybe it was because he was a little too tall for his age, (the ridiculous growth spurt in year nine to blame) or maybe it was the fact he found music so interesting to the point it was all he ever thought about that brought upon the negativity. Luke would give anything to know what it was that set him apart as though he were a simple pawn in a game of chess. He was nothing more than invisible, disliked fully by his classmates as though he were some kind of disease to be avoided.

It was driving Luke mad.

Though it wasn't always like that, but to everyone else: Luke Hemmings was nothing but a geek.

Notes as of 8/31 :

this story will be going under revision which includes : fixing plot holes, character arcs/removal and adding of characters and their importance, language rewrite, and possible story rewrite (though the main idea of the story will remain the same) thank you to everyone who has read the story so far and kept up with it even though it hasn't been updated in nearly a year or so
