Ashton POV
I swayed my hips as Drunk In Love played throughout the speakers in my house as I unpacked. I had August drop me first thing this morning and I'm almost done. I put the last pillow on the couch and fell on it. I grabbed my phone to check the time. 1:45. I got up and walked into my bathroom, taking a quick shower then walking into my room. I put on a teal lace dress with a brown belt, a jean jacket and brown heel boots. I put on a bow tie diamond necklace, diamond stud earrlings and my charm bracelet. I grabbed my brown wristlest & keys, turned off the speakers, locked my door and walked outside and into my car. I started it and took off down the street.
I picked up my little sister Skylar and drove to Red Lobster. After I parked, we got out and walked in. We was walking towards the back when I could've sworn I seen August with that girl again. I shook my thoughts and continued to my seat. I pulled out my phone and called him. The guy picked up his phone looked at it, his smile dropped, he slide his thumb across the screen. A couple seconds later my call was sent to voicemail. I swear this guy got me all the way fucked up. The waiter bought me my shot of Patron, after drinking that I got up and walked to the table, standing behind the girl
"Who's this bae?"
August head snapped up in my direction, as light as his ass is he looked pale
August POV
"Who's this bae?"
I snapped my head up fast. Oh fuckkkkk. I got up and hugged Ashton and tried to kiss her but she swerved me. She lookrd between me and Sky. She shook her head and walked out the building. I got up and walked after her. Before she got out of her car I grabbed her arm and pushed her up against the car and pressed my body on hers.
"Baby it really isn't what you think"
"Move August. If it wasn't what I think you would've picked up my call. Hell you could've texted me" She pushed me off of her. I grabbed her arm again.
"Ash"
"Get the fuck off of me"
I let her go and watched as she got in and sped off down the street. I heard a loud bang. I got in my car and sped off in the direction I seen Ashton go in. I got out as close as I could get to the accident before getting out my car and running the rest of the way. Ashton's little sister Skylar ran up to me crying.
"Sky relax I'll be right back"
She looked up at me and nodded her head. I ran up to the car to see people dragging Ash out of the car. I ran to her and held her in my arms
"Baby I'm so sorry"
I kissed all over her face until the paramedics came and took her away with a faint heartbeat. I ran back to Skylar.
"Aug is she?"
"No. You ok?"
"No but I'll be ok and so will she"
We got in my car and drove to the hospital. 23 hours later the doctor came out to me and her family.
"Family of Ashton?"
We stood up
"So"
No no not my baby.
