Stand Up - Part 9

I woke up by my alarm at 7am, I sighed and got up. I went into Shauny her room and turned the lights on “Good morning princess, time to get up” I said as I kissed her forehead, she smiled when she saw me “Slept well ?” I questioned, she nodded “Be downstairs in 5 minutes okay ? I’m gonna make your breakfast” I said as I got up and went to Shane’s room, where I also turned the lights on “Good morning bud, time to get up” I said as he pulled up his thumb, I giggled “Be downstairs in 5 minutes” Isaid as I went downstairs and putted some cereal on the kitchen table as their breakfast, I turned on the radio and gave Cat some food. 15 minutes later Shauny and Shane downstairs together, they both started eating as Shauny was telling about her friends she had at the playground, as soon as they were done eating I went upstairs and helped Shauny to get dressed “Tell Shane it’s his turn to get dressed now” I said to Shauny, she nodded and went downstairs, they had to at the playground by 8am we had only 30 minutes left. I putted quickly some clothes on “Hurry up Shane” I said as I knocked on the bathroom and walked downstairs. “Shauny are you ready darling ?” I questioned while I putted some drinks and cookies in their backpack “I’m ready” Shane said as he grabbed his backpack, “Get already in the car buddie” – “Alright” he said as he walked to the car “C’mmn Shauny” I said as she walked to me with a huge smile on her face “I’m ready” she said, I took her hand and putted her in a child seat in the back of the car. I drove to the playground, I drove fast “Calm down, we still have time left” Shane said “Yeah 5 minutes” I said and sighed “It’s not that bad” he replied and smiled, I turned the radio on and “Call Me Maybe” was playing as the sun was shining into the car, I started singing with the radio and Shane started laughing when he sang with me, Shauny was giggling and sung “La la la” cause she didn’t know the lyrics. 15 minutes later we arrived at the playground where I excused myself to the leader, I waited 5 minutes until they were gone and I drove back home than. I was thinking what I would do a whole day alone in their house, I sighed as I started thinking of Liam. When I arrived at the house, I looked around and decided to clean the house and the car. When I was done cleaning I went to the store and did the shopping like buying food, candies, cookies, drinks, etc.. “Isn’t she the girl Liam cheated on ?” I heard people asking, I just ignored them “Hi” I heard someone saying, I turned around and putted on a fake smile “Hi” I said friendly “Are you Emma ? Like the girl Liam cheated on ?” the girl asked, she was wearing 1D bracelets so she must be a Directioner, I sighed “Yes I am” I said “See I told you !” her friend said as she joined our conversation “It’s so bad what he has done.. I never thought he was like that” she said “Yea, me neither” I replied “And Caitlin seriously, she might be a beautiful girl, but I hate her. She seems such a bitch” she said mad, I giggled “Oh well, she must be better than I am no ?” I questioned “I don’t think so, I personally think you and Liam were really cute and you really should get back together” she said as she smiled sweet “I don’t think that will happen though. He broke my trust and once you broke it, it’s hard to get it fixed again besides she and Liam are the perfect couple as everyone calls them like that” I said “I don’t think hey are. Don’t you think it’s just a media stunt ?” she asked “I don’t think so, if I have to believe the people from the tv he was looking really in love to her and he has been kissing her the whole evening, so I don’t think he’d do that if it was only a media stunt” I said, she sighed “Yeah, you’re right.. How are you feeling ?” she asked “I’m fine” I lied “That’s good. Don’t let them take you down, you’re so much better. And sooner or later Liam will realize that he lost the best girl in his life” she said, I smiled bit, I had to hold my tears “Thanks that’s really sweet” I said “I saw your tweet, does your parents know you’re gone ?” she asked “Yes they do but they don’t know hwere I am. Nobody does and I’m not answering my phone neither, I just need some time on my own” I said, she smiled and rubbed my arm “You’re strong. You’ll get through this, keep your head up” she said, I smiled friendly “Thank you, means a lot to me” I said “We gotta go, it was nice to meet you” she said “nice to meet you too” I replied as she left “She doesn’t look fine at all, she looks bad to be honest” I heard her friend saying “Shh, don’t be too loud” she replied, I sighed, bought everything I needed and walked outside the store as I walked against someone “I’m sorry !” I said quickly as I looked up, I looked straight into Caitlin and Liam their face “Hey” she said as she smiled widely like she was laughing with my face, she took Liam’s hand, he gave me a weak smile, he looked worried at first, the girls I met were looking at us, tears were rolling down my cheeks, I walked against Liam and some other people as I rushed myself to the car, burst into tears and drove home as fast as I could. I stopped near the road to calm down “Oh god” I sighed to myself while I wiped my tears, few minutes later I drove to their house, my home for few days. When I arrived home I saw there was a car standing in front of the house, I parked my car and got out as I saw Gina got out the other car, I’ve been ignoring her too. Niall sat in the driver seat but didn’t got out, I looked at Gina while she walked over “Hey..” she said weakly “Hi” I replied short “Have you been crying ?” she asked, I sighed “Yes, long story” I said as I gave her a weak smile “How did you found out where I was ?” I asked her “We saw Shauny and Shane walking in town together with the other kids and leaders from the playground and Shauny told us you were babysitting and since you were working here every day and they really like you, they would probably help you when you want some days off” she smiled, I giggled bit “Yeah, you’re right” I said “Wanna come in ?” I asked, she smiled “I’d love that” she said, she walked over to Niall “He can come in too” I said as I smiled slightly and opened the door already, Niall got out and they both went inside “Hi” I greeted Niall, “Hey” he said as he pulled me into a tight hug, I took a deep breath and hugged him back “You’d like to drink something ?” I asked them “Some cola would be good” Gina said, I looked at Niall “A beer if you have some” he said, I smiled “Alright, shall we sit outside ?” I questioned “Sure” they said and took a seat outside in the backyard as I handed them the beers and sat next to them. “Did you guys know that Liam cheated on me ?” I asked them, they sighed “He didn’t cheat on you” Niall said “He did” I replied, “He has been kissing her,  going on dates with her. Imagine Gina would do that how would you feel ?” I asked him, he sighed “Did you listened to what Liam had to say ?” Gina asked “No I didn’t, I’ve been shouting at him and than I locked myself in my room for 2 days and than I immediately went here” I said “Were you crying because of him when you got out of the car ?” she asked, I sighed “Yes..” I replied “Why ?” she questioned “I went to the store to do the shopping where I heard people asking to each other ‘Isn’t she the girl Liam cheated on ?’  I ignored them, when suddenly a girl and her friend came over and asked if I was Emma. They’ve been talking to me about what he has done, that they didn’t know he was like that and stuff, when I left I” I stopped talking and took a deep breath “I walked against someone when I looked up I looked right into Caitlin and Liam their eyes.. Caitlin greeted me with such a big smile on her face, she was laughing at me cause I’m looking like a mess, than she took Liam’s hand in front of me, I started crying, everyone saw it so I ran to my car and drove home..” I sighed “She’s such a bitch” Gina said, I looked at her “You’re kidding me right ?” I questioned “No I’m not. She really is a bitch, that’s exactly why you should listen to what he has to say..” she said carefully “He didn’t want to cheat on you” Niall said “Than why did he ?” I asked him “It’s not our job to tell you that, you really should talk to Liam..” he said “Maybe I should..” I said, they both smiled widely “He still loves you” Gina said “I don’t know. How can I still trust him ? What if he hurts me again ?” I questioned “He didn’t do it on purpose, you will understand it when you talked to him” Niall said defending Liam “You’re defending him the whole time..” I said “It’s not just you who’s hurt ! It’s also him and Liam is my friend, I’m gonna do anything to make him happy again. He loves you. He’s been crying all day, he went to his mom, he came back crying. He barely ate, he didn’t do anything. You mean so much to him, he can’t live without you anymore. You can’t leave him like this !” Niall shouted bit “Let’s see if I’d cheat on him how he would react ! This is NOT about him, cause he’s the bad guy here ! But don’t worry, I’ll talk to him cause since few weeks he became my life too and if you’d excuse me now, I got stuff to do !” I shouted back while my eyes started tearing, Niall got up and walked to his car, Gina didn’t know what to do “I’m sorry.. You should go to Niall, I’ll text you later” I said, she got up , hugged me and drove away with Niall.
