Percy still wasn't awake.
A whole week he had been here, but still, nothing.
He wouldn't respond to anyone. His breathing was getting more and more shallow. Will said he might not ever wake up, but I won't believe it. My Seaweed Brain would not be leaving me without knowing I loved him.
I rarely left his side, only leaving to eat a meal once in a while. If he left me, I would be there in his last moments. But he wouldn't be leaving me anyways.
At some point, Frank and Hazel came into the infirmary. They must have come to visit from California. Hazel sat down next to me wrapped her arms around me. Frank sat on the other side of Percy's cot, and just stared at him, eyes filled with worry.
We sat like that for a while, and then Piper and Jason came in. I don't know why, but Piper had been avoiding visiting the infirmary. Jason pulled up a chair next to Frank, and Piper buried her head in Jason's shoulder. Everyone was there except for-
"Hey guys, what's up... whoa, happened? Is there a funeral... oh." Leo walked in with a smile on his face, and blanched when he saw Percy. "Is he okay?"
