Regret

The feeling that you shouldn't have done what you did 

and that you're like a car on a slippery road going into a skid-

You feel like what you did was wrong and that you should tell

and something inside you is warning you like a bell-

You feel like you should come clean

and quit trying to hide the truth and let it be seen-

There is a voice within telling you to speak

for by keeping silent you are nothing but weak-
