~Chapter 24~

Cry's POV
I'm in Science at the minute with Russ, Red, Jund and Snake, but I can't stop thinking about Chase...no not in that way...I'm worried for Pewds he doesn't know who Chase is who his father is and that's not good, Chase could take advantage of him, corrupt him and god knows what else! I look at the clock and see we still have 30minutes until the end of 2nd lesson...EUGHHH!!!!

Pewds' POV
I'm walking with Ken to P.E., he's talking about some new game he bought but to be honest I'm not really paying attention, my mind is else where, to Cry to be exact, why doesn't he want me to speak with Chase? Does he know him? Is he jealous? So many questions are running through my head I didn't even notice I wasn't looking where I was going until I banged into a muscular body and fell straight on my ass, I groan in pain and look up to see......CHASE!

"Woah you ok there man?" He says holding his hand out stretched to help me up, I hesitate but accept his offer

"Uh yeah thanks, sorry I wasn't looking where I was going" I say embarrassed while looking down, he chuckles

"Nah it's ok, it looks like something's troubling you, are you sure your ok?" He asks with genuine concern, I look at him confused for a second but then I feel someone yank me away from him

"He's fine so thanks but no thanks, bye" Ken says standing in front of me with his arms crossed, Chase looks at him confused and holds up his hands defensively

"Woah, ok buddy, see ya Pewds" he says winking which causes me to blush and Ken to glare at him, then he waved and walked down the hall, I watch him curiously

"The nerve of that guy" Ken says angrily, I look at him confused

"What do you mean? He was only helping me up" I say and Ken gets a stern face

"Listen Pewds, you can't trust him, he's not what he seems I'm sure Cry will tell you all about it soon so please, for your safety Pewds stay away from him" he begs but I'm some what offended at what he says

"I can look out for myself Ken, if you haven't forgot about what I am now" I say offensively

"Pewds you haven't even started your training yet, just be careful ok?" He says with a calm voice but I wasn't having it

"I can take care of myself, I don't need you, I don't need the Avengers and I certainly don't need Cry saving me every time, I can look out for myself" I say and push past him, who does he think he is? I'm no weakling! I don't even need anyone to come to my rescue...I can take care of myself...I can...

Cry's POV

YES FINALLY LUCNH!
I don't even bother getting food and run on out to the tree where I see some of my friends sitting and eating,

"Hey guys" I say and take off my school bag setting it down by the tree trunk

"Hey Cry" Minx says

"Do any of you know where Pewds is?" I ask they all shake their heads

"Wait there's Ken, he was with Pewds last lesson" I look to see Ken making his way here, but he had a really serious face

"Cry can I talk to you for a sec?" He asks looking like he's holding something back, I nod

"Uh yeah sure man" I say and we walk away to somewhere private,

"Ok so what's up?" I ask curious as to what he wanted to talk to me about

"It's Pewds" my eyes immediately widen

"Why what's wrong with him? Is it Chase? Did that bastard do something to him? Oh if he did he's so dead-"

"Cry stop it" he says I look at him concerned
