~Chapter 10~

Pewds's POV

I hear a knock on my door and I rush to answer it, I open it and see Ken wearing his bear hat

"Hey Ken!" I say excitedly

"Hey Pewds!, can I come in?" he asks shivering cause it's still raining

"Yeah sure come in" I say and step aside and he walks in,

"Ohhhh it's nice an warm" he says and I smile

"So what do you wanna do?" I ask

"Video games?" he asks and my eyes light up

"HELL YEAH!!" I shout and he laughs, he sits on the couch while I look through my games

"So what do you wanna play?" I ask

"Mario Kart?" I smile and nod

"Mario Kart it is" I say and put it in,

~Time skip~

About an half an hour later, I'm screaming at the screen as Ken keeps throwing bananas at me

"KEN STOP THROWING FUCKING BANANAS AT ME!" I scream for the like 10th time he just laughs and continues, it's the last lap currently Ken is 1st, Daisy is 2nd and I'm 3rd, we were nearly at the finish line and I got one of the mystery boxes.........YES A STAR!! I press the button to activate it and I speed past Daisy and Ken winning the race, I jump up

"YEAHHH!! SUCK ON THAT KEN!!" I shout doing at victory dance, he laughs and rolls is eyes, I then finished my victory dance,

"You hungry?" I ask and he nods

"Starvin'" he answers rubbing his stomach, I chuckle

"I'll order us Pizza, I'll be back" I walk into the kitchen and phone in for the Pizza,

"KEN WHAT KIND DO YOU WANT?!" I shout

"UUUHH PEPPERONI IS FINE!" he shouts back

"OK!" I shout and then dial the Pizza place, I order a pepperoni pizza, cheese pizza, fries and a bottle of Coke, I walk back into the living room to see Ken with his hands in his hair

"Hey you ok?" I ask concerned for my friend, he jolts up and looks at me smiling

"Yeah, yeah I'm great" I smile

"Pizza should be here soon" I say and he nods

"Wanna play another game?" Ken asks

"Oh your're on"......

~Time skip~

I burp loudly as I just finished eating, Ken looks at me and laughs

"So how was it?" I ask

"Delicious thanks" I smile and tidy up our mess, once I finish I sit back down on the couch

"Hey Pewds?"

"Yeah?"

"Can I ask you somethin'?"

"You just did" I say joking, he laughs half-heartedly

"I'm bein' serious" he says chuckling, I laugh

"Ok ok what's on your mind?" I ask

"You...." my eyes widen, did he just say what I think he did?

"W-what?"

"Pewds I can't hide it any more, I have feelings for ya ok, strong feelin's and I just had to tell ya and I wanted to know if......if you feel the same way...." I'm in total shock I seriously didn't expect this, I mean yeah Ken's a nice guy and everything but I don't like him in that way, I mean he's my best friend

"K-Ken I-I, I.. I'm really sorry Ken, but I don't feel the same way, I'm really sorry but it's just I think of you as a brother, I mean I don't even know if I like guys as far as I know I'm straight, I'm sorry Ken" I see the look of hurt in his eyes and I feel so bad

"I-it's ok Pewds,I'm sorry I asked, I just hope we can still stay friends and that this didn't make it awkward" he says and I smile

"Of course we're still friends, it won't be awkward ok" I say and he smiles, the his phone rings

"Hello?" he answers.......................

"Ok Ok I'm comin' now, bye" he says and hangs up,

"Who was that?" I ask

"My Mom she wants me home, I'll see you at school tomorrow right?" he asks standing up and walking to the door as I follow

"Yeah sure thing, see ya tomorrow byee!" I shout and wave as he gets into his truck waving back, I smile and shut the door, 'well that wasn't awkward or anything'...................

Cry's POV

I'm sitting at the table eating my dinner with the rest of the Avengers,

"Hey Cry, how'd Pewds get on with Jack?" Tony asks

"Fine" I say not really interested in talking about him after what happened earlier

"Jesus, what's up with you?" he asks

"Language!" Steve warns while glaring at Tony, Tony rolls his eyes and waits for my answer

"Nothing, I'm just trying to eat my dinner peacefully with out being pestered with questions" I say getting annoyed, but I've no idea why, all of a sudden now I'm getting more angry and rude, it's scaring me

"Jee was only asking kid" he says and I roll my eyes

"Whatever" I answer

"You know what, you can go to your room and eat there with that attitude" Tony says getting angry, I glare at him

"Fine, didn't wanna eat here anyway" I say and lift my plate storming into my room and slamming the door behind me, only going out to leave my empty plate in the dishwasher

~Time skip~

I'm listening to music when I hear a knock on my door, I lower my music and the door opens and I see Tony,

"Hey kid can I come in?" he asks and I nod sitting up on my bed, he comes in shutting the door behind him and stands there with his hands in his pockets

"So, what was wrong with you at dinner?" he asks, I sigh and run my hands through my hair

"To be honest Tony.... I dunno, these past two days I've been....different, I'm always angry and for no reason, I really messed up with Pewds I was so mean to him when he didn't deserve it and I feel like a dick cause he ain't a bad guy you know..... I just....I just don't know" he looks at me with a concerned face and sits beside me

"Is it Virus and Mad? cause you know they make you do this sometimes as well" he suggests

"It's not them, they've been quite for a while actually they've only talked when...." I caught myself

"When?" I sigh knowing I was gonna have to tell him anyway

"When they said I liked Pewds and I was gonna end up with him" I say truthfully he smirks

"I know what's wrong with you" he says and my eyes widen

"Really? what is it?" I ask curious

"Your're in love" I look at him strangely, in love? seriously?

"Haha very funny Tony, now really tell me what's wrong" I say not believing it, he chuckles

"It's not a joke Cry, I know you have trouble communicating your feelings for someone at first, even with us it was hard and you were mean, but Cry you've never been this mean, face it Cry you have feelings for Pewds" It takes me a minute to register what he said then it hit me........................He's right.............................................................
