Chapter 5

Erica's P.O.V

i wake me the next morning i can say that was the best sleep i had in my life i then sit up stretching and that's when i noticed i was in my room i looked around then i see gray sleeping next to me then i remembered what happened last night

the party..

the pain..

the screaming..

being a wolf...

and grayson finding me and bringing me to his room...

its all real...

i look at him slowly fear rising up...

what has he done to me??

was it something in the beer?

or the food?

i tried to get out of bed with out waking him and trying to leave

"where are you going" i heard him say and i felt his hand grab on to mine before i was able to get away from the bed

i couldn't help it my body went stiff at his touch i pulled my arm away from his quickly i moved away and turned away facing him

"what did you do to me" i manage to speak but i was scared

"Erica please i know your scared and have a lot of questions but believe me when i tell you i didn't do anything to you" he said trying to come close to me so he could calm me down. i see the pain in his eyes when i accused him of doing something to me.

but i stood there silent as he came closer "stay away from me!!" i suddenly say and he stopped pain crossed his face but he quickly recovered

"Erica please you know me i would never hurt you. let me take you home the answers you want are there please trust me." he said and he came really close he then pulled me into a hug

"i promise you as your boyfriend and mate i'll do everything i can to help you through this your mine and only mine i love you Erica Shelton" he said sweetly to me and he held me i couldn't help but feel safe in his arms

I pulled away and I looked at him and I just nodded

"Right let me get changed and we can leave eat breakfast at your place then come back here yea?" He then said and I nodded

After a few minutes he comes back but holding clothes in his hand

"Here so you can wear something else instead of that" he chuckled and I take the clothes and I go into his bathroom and I changed

I'm currently and wearing his red plaid shirt and basketball shorts with my black bra and underwear I'm guessing Carly gave it to him so I could wear something

A few minutes later I come out of the bathroom and he just stares at me

"You look good!" He said and I couldn't help the blush rising to my face

He then got up and he was at my side "let's go" he added and with that we left

Grayson's P.O.V

We are sitting in a silence as we drive to her house it's only a 20 minute drive

We come to a stop light and I see she's looking out the window

She hasn't said anything I can tell she's deep in thought, and I don't blame her.

I then turn on the radio, but it was a little loud so I guess it scared her

"I didn't mean to scare you" I chuckled she then looked at me then gave me a soft smile. So I smiled back

A few minutes later we pull up to her house i quickly get out of the car and i go to her side and open her door i then help her out and we walk to her front door

she then opens it and we walk in

"uncle Jeremy" she called but no answer "Jer!" she called out again

"check to see if he's out back i'm going to go change" she told me and i nodded

i watched as she walked up stairs once she was out of view i walked into her backyard

Once out there I see her uncle

"Oh your back." He said once he noticed me

"Yea she went upstairs to change" I said

"How is she holding up?" He asked

"She's shaken up and scared.." I said

" I don't want to throw this on her now but once she gets the hang of this and gets use to the idea. I want her to move into the pack house with me. We will take care of her and she will be the Luna of the pack." I added

"I agree. It would be best just not right now." He said

Erica's P.O.V

Once I get into my room I close the door I sigh to myself running my hands through my hair.

I can't believe this is happening...

After a few seconds I then walked into my closet and I pull out my bag I go into my closet and I pull a few clothes and stuff them into my bag I then go into my draw and pull and few more things out and put them into my bag. I walk back to my dresser and I kept digging until I found what I was looking for

I pull the stack of cash out and stuff it into my bag.

Once I finished packing my bag I went on my phone and I took the lock off of it I then went into my notes and started to type a good bye letter

Dear Grayson
I am sorry I have to leave this is all to much. And to know the truth I can't bear to hear it. I need to be on my own I'm sorry I'll never stop thinking about you. I love you Grayson

I then turn off my phone and I set it on the bed.

I then go over to my window and I open it. I then climb out jumping onto the tree branch I and hanging off it I then grump down and I run off

I'm so sorry Grayson....I hope you can forgive me one day.....

I love you...
