||~Chapter 2~||

A couple of days later and summer was settling in quite nicely she was a little more talkative and was a little more open

"Who's this?" Summer asked confusingly

"That's your older brother Dylan and that's his wife Emma" Norma reached for the photo and handed it to summer

"You have other kids?" She seemed a little too exited

"I only have one other and he's way older then you"
norma placed the photograph back in its place , tracing her hands over summers head , kissing her cheek softly
"I'll be right back"

Norma walked towards the kitchen where Alex was cooking
summer was busy going through photo albums and watching tv so Norma didn't really want to distract her

Norma walked behind Alex slapping his butt

"Hey" Alex says while turning around and grabbing Norma he kissed her firmly but was interrupted by a knock at the door

"HOLD THAT THOUGHT" Norma shouted while walking down the hall way towards the very large door
"Hey guys come in ...yes she right in here" Norma says happily while letting in emma and Dylan

"Hey mom" he kissed her lightly on the cheek

"Hey Norma" she enters hugging Norma

They both walk into the living room not knowing what to expect , a very blond blue eyed girl was sat on the couch in a pink dress with black lace up shoes
emma was the first to walk Over to summer

"Hey there my names Emma I'm"

"Your my sister in law" she says cutting across emma

"Yes that's right"

"And I'm Dylan"

"My older brother"

"Who are u" questions Emma

"I'm summer parkinson" she got up and shook Dylan's hand then walked up to Emma and proceeded to do the exact same thing

"Let me take your coats guys" Norma said showing off her amazing host skills

As soon as Emma took off her coat summer soon realises she was expecting

"Oh my god how long" summer says pouncing towards Emma

"What sorry?" Emma says confusingly

"I'm sorry I mean how long...ymm" she answered awkwardly not knowing how to get herself out of the situation

"Ohh my baby" Emma says while tracing her hands over her bump "I' was 6 months yesterday so that makes me ......hmm"

"26 weeks" she answers proudly

"Dammm you know your math" said Dylan surprised

"I guess I've just had a long time to practise" she smiled awkwardly

Norma came rushing out of the kitchen laughing while alex chucked a tea towel over at Norma

"I'll help you guys" summer says voluntarily

"Well thank you hunny" Norma answers surprisingly handing her the cutlery "Do You want a coffee guys?" Asks Norma?

"Where not staying mom" answers Dylan feeling a little bad

"Your not.......why?"Norma's smile drops to a frown , she hadn't been able to have a family meal since Norman was alive and she felt herself distancing from Dylan

"Emma has her 26weeks baby scan in an hour so I just came to say hi" Dylan answers firmly

"But it's 9pm why On earth would she have it so late also you haven't really had a chance to get to know summer yet?"
