"Gee, Silas, we got this."
"It'll be a piece a cake, son."
"She'll love it."
[Fiona holds the phone in her palm, tears threatening to take over the over emotional mother. And she heaves a big sigh with a relieved smile pulling at the corners of her lips.]
"I'm honestly just so happy she's got you... I mean after everything, you were there for her."
[Silas chuckles. He was there for her.]
"Yeah... I guess so..."
[He was there for her in such a way that just the presence of his voice transcended physicality. There was a beauty in a love that had been strained. It was that no matter how much heaven and earth threatened to pull them apart, Silas and Naya would find a way to love, adore, annoy, frustrate, worship, abhor each other in the end.]
[Eventually and for an eternity, they would be theirs.]
