Ghazal 2: Piss Off
©January 2017, Olan L. Smith
What is it you said about our love, piss off?
Who am I to disagree with you? So, piss off.
Who climbs down tall tower without stairs?
A spider on the wall? I am not a bug, so piss off.
An arrow pierced her soul, a kiss stole her heart,
A single word, torn down every brick, piss off.
A diamond lake reflect their love, many sparkles
In light of day, a broke promise destroys, so piss off.
We climb a mountain peak, amused with our mountain gear
One slip on the way up brought us down, so piss off.
The chapel was beyond beautiful, it brought a holy promise,
Satan entered in and nailed us both, so please, piss off.
It was Olan's mistake to enter a bond with a devil
Who courts a witch get a witch, and more, so piss off.
