EPILOGUE

2 Years Later

"I miss him." Julian said slowly wiping his tears with his sleeve

"So do I." Brielle sighed and gave Julian a rose to set on the grave.

Julian took a jagged breath and set the rose lightly next to Brielle's.

"Happy birthday Pops." Julian said lowly

"Da Da." Jaden managed to get out as he was opening and closing his hands toward the tombstone.

Brielle sighed and sat Jaden in Julian's lap as they both sat on the blanket that Brielle brought out just in case.

Brielle watched as Julian started to cry and Jaden looked at him confused

"Juwin?" Jaden called upset sensing something was wrong

Jaden was a splitting image of Chad, and it pained her.

Brielle had Jaden on February 12 and he is now two years old.

Brielle found out she was pregnant with Jaden right after her and Chad broke up, and it was a hard ass nine months.

She mostly got help from Trey and Kenny. Ever since the death of Chad, Drip'n Steeze and Cobra Gang ended beef and came together.

She reunited with her friends again and she felt like she needed nothing more.

"Julian, you ready to go home?" Brielle asked picking up Jaden off of Julian's lap and resting him on her hip.

Julian sighed wiping his face and getting up. He dusted off his knees and picked up the blanket. He folded it and carried it under his armpit.

"How was it?" Trey asked from the living room couch

He yet didn't take of his suit and tie.

Trey wanted to give them a little time alone at the graveyard so he left early.

"Relaxing." She sighed slipping off her flats and closing the front door behind her.

Both Trey and Brielle looked as Julian sulked walking upstairs. Brielle sighed again and sat next to Trey on the couch with Jaden in her lap.

"After two years, I still can't believe Chad is gone." Brielle said to herself

"I wish he would've met him." She mumbled staring at Jaden as she sat him in her lap

Jaden giggled and started tugging on Brielle's chunky gold chain.

"They all look alike, it's crazy." Trey said referring to Chad, Julian, and Jaden

"Everytime I look at Jaden or Julian, I just see Chad, Chad right there. And I-it hurts." Brielle mumbled biting her lip trying to ignore the tears that was fighting to fall

"To make things worse, Jaden and Chad is never gonna meet, and Chad won't see his kids grow up in handsome young men."

"Don't cry Bri. Chad is in a good place, there's nothing to worry about. You have people that love you. You got me." Trey said

Brielle looked at him and smiled. She pulled Trey in a tight hug and silently cried on his shoulder with Jaden between them.

Trey couldn't help but cry too. His thug demeanor disappeared and shed a few tears also. His big bro was gone. Julian came downstairs to apologize about his attitude and couldn't help but join in on the group hug. Brielle wrapped her hands around all of them and continued crying.
