Haley was exhausted, the wedding was quickly approaching and Abel was teething so she was barely sleeping, Jax was trying to help out as much as he could but the issues they were having with the Irish was preventing him from being home for more then a few hours to sleep, thankfully that when he was home Haley didn't seem to bother him to much and let him relax while she took care of Abel.
Haley sat at the table while Abel was playing in his high chair, the past four months had flown by and thier wedding was next week, she barely had her vows written and the dress she picked out wasn't in yet, but Gemma was taking care of that part. Jax was gone for the day as they had a meeting with the irish, he hopefully thought it was the last one. Haley didn't mind being stuck home with Abel all the time, it was the constant patch that was on her 24/7 if Jax wasnt around. It was nice because some of the patches would watch Abel so she could shower or play with him so she could cook dinner, Gemma had taught her a few things about cooking recently but none of it compared to hers
The front door flew open and Haley shot out of her seat, half sack came around the corner and saw the intruder standing in the door frame of the kitchen, she slowly set her pen down and stood up with her arms raised, being brought up in the club you learn many things, one never attack an intruder until you are fully aware of the situation
"Where's Jax?" The intruder spoke
"He's not here who the hell are you?" Haley spoke
"His mother just killed my boy Edmond" he said
"Ok so take that up with Jax, he's not here you'll have better luck at the clubhouse" Haley said walking over towards Abel but the man pointed a gun towards her
"A son for a son" he said moving his gun towards Abel
"Please no, you don't want to do this" Haley said looking at the man and then back at half sack who was just standing there, her eyes pleading for half sack to do something he was a patch in this situation.
"She killed my son so I'm going to do the same so he feels my pain" he said
Half sack moved in front of Abel
"Move out of my way" he said
"I'm sorry Cameron I can't do that, it is my job to protect them" half sack said standing his ground. When Jax told him to protect his family at all costs he wasn't kidding
"Listen, if you kill my son then you will be creating a whole bigger mess for yourself, Jax will find you and put a bullet between your eyes" Haley said as he entire body was trembling
"Then he's coming with me" Cameron said walking towards Abel
"You need to take me with you, he's breastfeeding he needs my milk" Haley lied, knowing she would never see Abel again of he took him
"You in the chair before I shoot you" Cameron told half sack "and you tie him up" pointing to Haley
Half sack did what he was told and sat down as Haley tied half sack up, as she was tying his arms around the back she whispered in his ear
"We will be fine, tell Jax I love him" Haley whispered
"Ok lady let's go" Cameron said picking Abel up from his highchair
"I need to pack a bag for him, he needs things" Haley said
"You have three minutes before I shoot both of them" Cameron said
Haley nodded and ran down the hallway, as she threw things in her bag she pulled out her phone and texted "help" to the last person she texted Opie, praying that he understands the message. Haley threw Abel's diaper bag over her shoulder and headed back down the hall to see Cameron pushing a knocked out half sack into the hall closet, Abel was screaming on the floor
"Pick him up and shut him up" Cameron said pointing the gun at haley
"Please don't hurt my son" Haley said picking Abel up and bringing him close to her chest to calm him down
"Let's go before Teller get here" Cameron said pushing Haley towards the door and into the car
"Hey Jax, did you get a text from Haley?" Opie said running over to Jax who was putting his helmet on
"No, why" Jax asked
"Look" Opie said showing Jax the text he got
"Maybe Abel was playing with her phone she gives it to him sometimes" Jax said
"I don't know man, I got this feeling" Opie said shoving the phone back in his pocket
"Well let's take a ride home" Jax said starting his bike
When Jax pulled into the driveway something seemed off, the front door was wide open. Jax got off his bike and ran inside the house searching for Haley and Abel but neither were there.
"Opie she's gone" Jax yelled
"Something isn't right Jax" Opie said
"She left me and took my son" Jax began to cry
"No, Jax something isn't right. Haley wouldn't just leave like that" Opie said trying to comfort him
"We're supposed to be getting married next week this isn't how it was supposed to happen" Jax said sliding down to the floor and crying in his hands, his life felt crumbling at the very second
Opie went to search the house for a clue, he knew his sister well enough that the text came from her and she was in trouble.
Opie heard a knocking sound coming from the closest off the kitchen. When he opened the door Half sack was tied and gagged
Opie took the gag out of sacks mouth
"Cameron Hayes took them" Half sack said as Opie untied him
"Jax! Cameron Hayes took them" Opie yelled
The three of them raced out the door and to thier bikes in search of Haley and Abel, on the way Jax had gotten word that they were at the docks as Jax, Opie and half sack raced towards the docks Jax was terrified. He knew if Cameron Hayes left with them there was a good chance he would never see either of them again
Haley struggled as Cameron pushed her towards the boat, she was terrified of boats ever since she was a kid and Opie pushed her out of the canoe and she almost drowned, if it wasn't for Jax that day she probably would have died all because of her dumb brother thought it would be funny.
"I can't, I'm sorry I can't go on that boat" Haley said
"Your going, dead or alive lass" Cameron said pushing her again
Haley needed to get away from him. She couldn't allow him to take her nor Abel. She needed to make a diversion, something to get Cameron off his game, she then remembered she had a knife in her boot. The one her father gave her a few weeks ago for protection, of course she laughed at him but he made her promise she would carry it with her all the time. Now she knew why.
"Ow" Haley said as Cameron pushed her, as she exaggerated the fall so she could grab the knife, luckily Abel was sleeping in her arms she placed him down on the dock and held her ankle looking up at Cameron
"I think I twisted it, I can't walk" Haley said, that's when she heard it, a roar of motorcycles came to her ears
"We're going even if I have to carry you" Cameron said bending down to pick her up, as he put his arms around her she thrusted the knife hard into his belly making him scream out in pain.
Cameron stumbled back, raised his gun and pointed in Haley's direction and fired
