Haley woke up and her head was pounding, she drank way to much last night, feeling that she needed to cleanse herself from Jax, she decided to go out and have a good time. Unfortunately the night ended with someone getting a black eye and Haley in handcuffs. Opie didn't answer his phone nor did Gemma or her dad so she had no choice but to call Jax who gladly came to her rescue after just getting home from his run in Nevada for a patch over. He refused to bring her back to her apartment so she posted up on Jaxs couch

"Lee, you up?" She heard

"Unfortunately, i wish I was dead" Haley spoke with a scratchy voice

"Well your not, but ive gotta go see the kid, you wanna come with me?" Jax said sitting on the coffee table

Haley so bad wanted to say yes "I can't I think I gotta go to work" she said sitting up

"No it's Sunday your off today" Jax said, she knew she wasn't getting out of this one

"Jax I just want to go home and relax" Haley said

"Lee, I know your avoiding me" Jax said as she looked at him

"Sure have been, I have my reasoning behind it" Haley said starting to stand up, but Jax pulled her back down

"Why?" He asked looking into her eyes

"I came back with different expectations Jax and i should of listened to my head and not my heart" Haley said trying to put it the best way without hurting him

"I'm not understanding Lee, I love you and this shit with Wendy was over I thought we were past this" Jax said

Haley closed her eyes and sighed "I am Jax, but I can't wait around forever for you anymore" Haley spoke feeling relief that she finally got it off her chest

"What are you talking about? Haley your not making sense" Jax said putting his hands on her knees

"Jax, I know what you did on that run, I know the rules of runs but I thought it was going to be different" Haley said

"I didn't do anything Haley I swear" Jax lied

"I hate to break it to you Jackson but I have proof. This is what I'm talking about the lies and the girls I can't do it" Haley said

"Lee it wasn't like that" Jax said

"I'm not a fool Jax, I don't know why you play me for one. I'm a person and i have feelings, it's not like it was all those years ago where I was careless because I occasionally had you; I'm older now I want to be with someone who wants to be with me" Haley said standing up and walking to the edge of the couch to retrieve her bag

"Lee I want to be with you, I love you and Abel loves you" Jax said standing up

"Don't you dare use that little boy against me." Haley said snapping her head up and pointing her finger at Jax

"Babe please don't do this" Jax pleaded

"I'm not doing this Jax, don't babe me, because you need that constant in your life. I can't just be here when you want me to be" Haley said slipping her boots on

"Haley I need you, I cant do this without you" Jax said walking closer "where is this all coming from?" Jax asked

"It's coming from a broken heart. To much piling up, I can't do it. I'll see ya around" Haley said walking out of the door. As much as it hurt to leave Jax standing there like that she needed to do it, for the sake of her own heart

Haley felt the burn of the third shot since noon, per her father's choice of spending time together they were sitting in the clubhouse drinking and smoking cigarettes

"He loves you Haley you know that" piney said turning towards her

"Dad if he loved me then he wouldn't treat me the way he does" Haley said

"That boy has always loved you since you two were babies, you've gotta stick with him Haley you two are the future of Samcro" piney said pouring himself another shot

"Dad that was some fantasy that you and John came up with, you can't force is to be together" Haley said lighting a cigarette

"We almost did. I knew I should of said yes when John brought that to the table" piney said

"You guys seriously voted on that? Cmon dad" Haley said sipping her beer

"Everything we spoke about in that room was for you kids and your future. John wanted his son at the table and my daughter at his side" Piney said

"That's absurd. What if Jax and Wendy stayed married" Haley asked

"It wouldn't stick anyway you two love eachother to much to stay away for to long" piney said

"Dad I came here to spend time with you not talk about Jax and my future" Haley said

"Your future is with that boy, that is the path I paved for you" piney said slamming his shot glass on the table

"Dad, I'm an adult and if I want to be with someone other then Jax then you need to accept that. There's no legal documents so it's not going to happen" Haley said standing up having enough of pineys wisdom

"The only way that boy is getting the gavel is if your a Teller" piney yelled as she was walking away

Haley stopped dead in her tracks she spun around and walked back to her father

"It's in John's will it's posted on the wall in church go read it for yourself" piney spoke pointing to the chapel doors

Haley walked into the chapel and walked over to the scroll posted behind the president's chair

Year 1993,

May the future of Samcro be in the hands of my oldest son Jackson, may he only hold this gavel if he is able to fullfil the requests I have made if I am no longer living: he is a patch member for more then four years, he understands everything my brothers have taught him and he have his queen at his side the one and only Haley Winston

Haley stood reading with her hand over her mouth not believing what she just read, it explains why Jax had been pushing for them to be together. The one thing her best friend wanted in the whole world was at the tip of his fingers and she held all the power for him to forego his future as President of the Samcro mother charter.

Haley had never been forced into doing anything in her life and there she was being pretty much forced to be the Queen, to someone who toyed with her feelings and played with her heart. She heard the chapel doors open but she couldn't move

"I never wanted you to see that" Jax said standing next to her and draping his arm over her shoulder

"If your father wasn't already dead I would kill him myself" Haley said as her eyes never left the scroll

"I didn't want you to find out because I didn't want you to make a decision that you would later regret just to make me happy" Jax spoke quietly, it was like he read her mind

"Is this why you do this to me? Try to pull me back in?" Haley asked looking at her soulmate

" Lee, before I knew about this I loved you so much, I knew I was going to marry you one day and we were going to have a shit ton of kids, but once I saw this I knew you didnt want to be the Queen, you wanted to get a college education. So I sacrificed what I wanted to make you happy, something I've never done for anyone, I did it for you because i truly love you but I won't give up. I'm not going to let you go. I will wait for however long I need to" Jax said as he removed his arm and walked out of the chapel

I wanted to update one more today as I won't be able to tomorrow since it's my birthday but please let me know what you think!?
