(Robin POV)
It’s kind of nice to be home for a change. I hardly see my own house anymore. She whose name shouldn’t be called anything other than “boss” saved my house from being closed down when my dad couldn’t pay the bills. See Shay and I have been friends for a really long time and when she noticed I came to school less and when I did I had dirty clothes on from weeks before and I was always hungry she told her parents. Her parents told my dad that since he can’t even support himself how could he support a kid and that’s when they agreed to take me in and also pay his bills while he found a job. My family was always poor so I didn’t see a flaw in how my dad was raising me that is until I started living with Shay and her sister. They had life so good and everything was just a credit card away. Shay’s sister always held it over my head that I was a poor girl and that her family took me in when I had nothing. This is the only reason I still hang around there because of guilt, and because I can’t just leave Shay alone like that. But never mind that! Shay and I have the next two days off so we came to my house to get away.
Robin: So what are we doing today?
Shay: I think we have to meet the boys at their house for dinner later
Robin: Really? (Smiles wide)
Shay: Wow smile any wider and your mouth will fall off
Robin: Oh shut up! Soo… Does this mean…
Shay: Ohh no! NO NO NOOO
Robin: Please Shay! Just this once!
Shay: (Groaning) But whyyyyy
Robin: Because you’re such a beautiful girl but you’re such a tomboy
Shay: I hate makeup you know that!
Robin: Please Shay? You’ve seen how I do my makeup
Shay: You’re supposed to encourage me to wear makeup not scare me more about letting you do it
Robin: Ugh! I do my makeup really good so hop off
Shay: Mm hmm tell that to your eyelashes when you drown them in mascara
Robin: Humph What ever Shay!
Shay: (laughs) Okay I’ll let you… Just for tonight
Robin: Oh Em Gee I love you Shay! Oh! And uh what’s our mission tonight?
Shay: (smiling) Well uh that’s just it… There is no mission
Robin: OMG are you serious? So I don’t have to ask a whole bunch of questions are record anything?
Shay: Nope! Just have fun tonight
Robin: God I love you Shay! You are the best! But um what is SHE gunna say when she finds out
Shay: She wont! Trust me my sister doesn’t run everything in our lives. Besides I saw how you looked at Princeton on our date. You really like him so I thought you would love to just chill with him with out the spying
Robin: You really are my best friend! (Hugs Robin)
Shay: Mm hmm. So um can I borrow a little dress… s-since you’re doing my makeup and all that
Robin: OMG A DRESS? STOP! Any more good news and I might just die!
(Roc POV)
I’m too hype about seeing Shay later. I still don’t know where I’ve seen her before though. I know she looks really familiar but I just can’t put my hand on it and it’s driving me crazy. You know what let me not even think about it as long as she’s here now. But what if it’s important that I remember? Eh whatever.
Jacob: I need your help! Now!
Roc: Why what’s up?
Jacob: I need a date!
Roc: Cant help you
Jacob: Oh but you will! You’re the one who opened your mouth when Ray came by
Roc: But it was true though
Jacob: (slaps forehead) And this is what I’m talking about you talk too much
Roc: Alright man just say that your date got sick, stuck in traffic or something
Jacob: The he- wait that can work… (Runs away) Thannnnnks
Roc: (Yells) No Prob bruh
(Cali POV)
Cali: Babe!
Prod: (running in) What happened! What’s wrong?
Cali: (laughs) Calm down Prod just wondering where you were
Prod: (sigh) Oh! Got scared there. You okay though baby girl?
Cali: Yea I’m fine. How about you stop being my body guard for a while and just stay with me
Prod: Yea of course. Um did you eat yet?
Cali: Naw but lets not talk about me. I actually want to ask you something… Um who is Rebecca?
Prod: (wide eyed) U-uh R-Rebecca? She’s just you know some crazed fan I me-
Cali: Babe I’m only giving you one chance to tell me the complete truth before I get up and walk out
Prod: Walk out the house or my life? There’s a huge difference
Cali: CRAIG!
Prod: Okay ok fine. No need to shout out first names okay. Rebecca is HER name
Cali: Whose name?
Prod: You know who California
Cali: I want to hear you say it!
Prod: Rebecca is the name of my ex babe. She’s the nut job I’m dealing with
Cali: We’re…
Prod: We’re what?
Cali: She’s the nut job WE’RE dealing with Prodigy. Like you said I’m your life now babe and you are mine. What we go through we go through it together.
Prod: (smiles) You are one tough chick babe just know that. A lot of girls would have left by now.
Cali: Goes to show I’m not a lot of girls. So I think I deserve one of these (pokes lips out)
Prod: (kisses Cali) Love you Cali
Cali: Love you more. So um food?
Prod: YES! I’m starving!
Cali: Me too (phone vibrates) Actually I’ll meet you down there baby
Prod: Mm kay. Pancakes, sausage no bacon cheese hamlet and apple juice… sound right?
Cali: Go head witcha bad self. You do know your girl
Prod: Always (kisses cheek) meet you down there
Cali: Mm hmm… Tuh! Unknown number typical(answers phone) What do you want
??? You don’t know who this is
Cali: Oh but I do Rebecca
Rebecca...
Cali: What happened? Cat got ya toungue? I’m on to you Rebecca and it was you who got us all sick right? You are one sleazy chick like the devil himself. Just know baby girl I’m in God’s favor and I will not lose (hangs up) On that note I’ll start my day (smiles)
