So I haven't talked to anybody in a week. I wanna apologize to August first, none of what happened was his fault. It was mine.
I haven't seen Odell since the baby shower.
All I do is stay home now. There's no point on me going out.
I looked down at my baby bump.
Jayla - hey Mel.
She kicked. I smiled.
The door bell. It was this girl.
? - umm sorry to disturb you but is Odell here?
Jayla - not at the moment
? - well can you give this
Jayla - what are they
? - pictures from our sonogram. We're having boy.
She smiled happily.
Jayla - okay I will.
? - thanks
I closed the door.
I threw the papers down and walked upstairs throwing all Odell's stuff out the window.
I should burn it. But I'll give him a couple days to get it.
My eyes watered but I held back my tears. Now I know exactly how he felt when he found out my baby wasn't his.
But he has a whole other family. The girl probably doesn't even know he was married. But I told her I would give them to her and I will as soon as Odell gets home.
