Alright, I had a day or so of inspiration, so I made this. Don't expect it very often. Usually, I'm either by the computer or have inspiration, not both.

There’s a Neko sitting in a field with a woman.
The Neko has black hair and fur with red eyes.
The woman is like the Neko, but the eyes are duller.
Of course, she doesn’t have fur…
“Mama, why can’t I go play with them?”
The woman looks at her child.
“You aren’t like them. You are the Neko, the prodigy of the clan.”
“What does that have to do with anything?”
The woman sighs.
“Fine. If you want to play, you can. But when they hurt you, don’t cry to me.”
The Neko smiles happily.
“Yes, Mama.”
She gets up and starts walking.
I hurry and follow her.
She sees a group of the other children.
“Hi! Mama says I can play with you!”
The leader is a girl with blonde hair.
“So? You’re a freak. You can’t play with us.”
The little Neko doesn’t understand.
She is confused.
“You’re a filthy neko. Filthy dirty neko.”
The Neko’s ears get pushed lower on her head.
“Low, worthless neko. Freaky freaky neko.”
A small boy laughs.
“Come on! Let’s play with the neko!”
So they do.
They trip her, then start kicking her.
As if that wasn’t enough, they laugh and skip around.
In a circle, kicking her every few steps.
The Neko doesn’t understand.
She hasn’t done anything, has she?
Is there a reason for this?
I want to tell her that this is what she deserves.
Neko’s don’t deserve happiness.
Remember what her mother said.
She’s not like them, and difference isn’t good.
She shouldn’t look for them any more.
But I can’t say anything.
I don’t think she can even see me.
So I turn my back on the little Neko, she can’t escape the Neko fate.
Nothing I will do will help her.
She is a Neko, we have what we deserve.
Gaara’s shaking me awake.
“Yes, Master-sama?”
“You were crying in your sleep.”
I blink slightly.
